I went to bed at 9:30 last night and woke up at 6 this morning feeling refreshed.

But I have a slight fever, but maybe it's just my imagination.

Good evening. This is Yabu.

I updated my longest distance on a Cross Cub.

421.5km in one day.

I don't think anyone will beat this record.

It took from 3:40am to 8pm.

I was exhausted when I got home.????

Here's what happened.

ーーーーーーーーーー

My partner is Sasori, who rides a Wave α.

It's going to be a tough tour, but I hope you enjoy it.

We met at a convenience store at 4am.

I left home at 3:40pm. Early morning... or rather, it's still late at night.

In the dark, we gathered on time,

connected the intercom and set off.

First, we passed through Nara Prefecture and entered Osaka Prefecture,

where the huge mountain called Ikoma Mountains towers.

To get over there, we took Route 308, which is famous for its steep and narrow national road,

and to be honest, I thought the Cross Cub would break down as soon as we set off.

Even if we used first gear and applied the engine brake hard,

the slope was so steep that the speed kept increasing,

and it was pitch black in the middle of the night.

We managed to clear it by revving the engine and braking hard.

From there on, it was comfortable.

It was early morning and there was little traffic in Osaka city,

running at full throttle, we entered Kobe,

and arrived at the breakfast venue "Ishida Keiran" at 5:30.

There are three noodle vending machine shops in the Kinki region,

and I have completed all the shops here.

Sasori-san had tempura soba, and I had tempura udon.

Unfortunately, the shop wasn't open that day,

but normally, experts buy raw eggs and eat them as Tsukimi Udon.

When I saw the light-colored soup stock that came out of the vending machine,

I thought, "This has some flavor,"

but it was a Fuji Electric noodle vending machine,

so I ate deliciously cooked udon.

There were customers ahead of me,

a young couple driving a red Subaru 360 ????

These old guys are happy to see you taking good care of such an old car ????

After the meal, we continued to drive smoothly on National Route 2,

with the Seto Inland Sea in the background.

Our next destination is Azure Maiko, a park with a view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.

Continued in the next issue.
